On Friday and Saturday, 5 and 6 September 2025, the Royal Rangers hosted the World Class Outpost (WCO) Seminar at Calvary Convention Centre (CCC), organised by the National Royal Rangers Malaysia. A total of 70 trainees from various Royal Rangers outposts across Malaysia gathered for this two-day training, among them, 15 commanders from Calvary Church.

The WCO training was designed to equip outpost leadership teams with a proven set of practices, methods, strategies, and tools to guide them in developing into truly world-class outposts. Throughout the sessions, commanders engaged in personality tests and assessments, which provided valuable insights into each one's strengths and working styles. These activities helped strengthen teamwork and instilled a deeper sense of unity and understanding among commanders.

Breakout sessions allowed for in-depth evaluation and reflection on our ministry's direction and effectiveness. These discussions sparked a renewed vision and passion for growth, both personally and in serving God through the ministry.

We thank God for the opportunity to host this training at CCC. It truly reflects Calvary Church’s vision of being an equipping institution. It was a fitting setting for a weekend dedicated to training, growth, and ministry development.
